1. (20 min.) Policy Section D - 2nd Read (VOTE): Superintendent Folan and members of the policy subcommittee will present Section D of the CPS policy manual for a 2nd read and a possible vote of approval.

1. (20 min.) Review of Advanced Placement (AP) Results: Principal Sperling and Mr. Fogel will review AP results

   and other student learning indicators of success.

2. (20 min.) Benchmark Assessment Update: Ms. Rooney and Mr. Fogel will share the winter universal screener

   and benchmark assessments.

3. Financial Cost Centers (VOTE): Mr. Marshall will present a proposal pertaining to financial cost centers for a

   possible vote of approval.

4. Student Activity Checking Account Maximum Balance (VOTE): Mr. Marshall will present a proposal

   pertaining to the student activity checking account maximum balance for a possible vote of approval.

5. (30 min.) Q2 Financial Report (VOTE): Mr. Marshall will present the FY23 Q2 Financial Report for review and

   a vote of approval.

6. (15 min.) Annual Report: Superintendent Folan and Chair Merenda will share highlights of the 2022 Annual

   Report.

7. (15 min.) Negotiations Update: Superintendent Folan and Chair Merenda will share an update on CTA

   negotiations and the collective bargaining agreements for Unit A and Unit E for a potential vote of approval.

8. (5 min.) Superintendent Goals: Superintendent Folan will share a quarterly check of K-12 Math curriculum

   implementation process and report on learning and its impact on students, staff and families.
