A. Call to Order
B. Executive Session: To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining, Unit A and Unit E, as an open meeting may
have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body.
C. (15 min.) Superintendent's Report Superintendent Folan will present District progress, highlights, and accolades.
D. (20 min.) Teaching and Learning Report Ms. Shore and Mr. Sullivan will provide an update on Elementary Digital Learning.

(45 min.) CHS Program of Studies (VOTE): Principal Sperling and Dr. Chamberland will present the 2023-2024
CHS Program of Studies.

(10 min.) Negotiations Update: Superintendent Folan and Chair Merenda will provide an update on the CTA
negotiations.

(15 min.) Rodman Building/Cole Harrington Space Discussion: Mr. Marshall will discuss future plans for the
Rodman Building office/classroom space.

(30 min.) Superintendent's Formative Assessment: Mr. Folan will report on the mid-year progress made on
District goals and Superintendent goals. The School Committee will offer feedback and discuss progress.

(15 min.) District Goal Update: Superintendent Folan and Ms. Shore report out on Priority #4, Goal #1 -
Select and negotiate a multi-year agreementfor a new Student Information System and begin the data migration and training phase of implementation.
1. Identify initial Student Information System (SIS) minimum requirements
2. Create a SIS Selection Committee and stakeholder groups for vendor presentations 3. Survey stakeholders and share out findings to support Request for Proposal (RFP) 4. Finalize minimum requirements and evaluative criteria for RFP bid
5. Engage in RFP bid process for SIS selection
6. Host vendor presentation with SIS Selection Committee and stakeholder groups
7. Select new Student Information System
8. Execute contract negotiations with selected vendor
