4. (15 min.) Superintendent’s Report Superintendent Folan will present District progress, highlights, and accolades.

5. (15 min.) Teaching and Learning Report Ms. Byrne and Ms. Sweed will provide an update on the CHS ACCESS (All Children Can Expand Skill Sets) Program.

6. Unfinished Business

1. (15 min.) Policy Section C 2nd Read (VOTE): Vice Chair O’Halloran, Ms. Arboleda and Superintendent Folan will present policy Section C for a 2nd read.

7. New Business

   1. (20 min.) Teacher Professional Status Celebration: Superintendent Folan and members of the School Committee will acknowledge and congratulate staff members for attaining professional status.

   2. (20 min.) Transportation Update: Superintendent Folan, Mr. Marshall, and First Student, Inc. Representatives will provide a transportation update.

   3. (20 min.) MCAS and Accountability Report: Mr. Fogel will present the 2022 MCAS and Accountability Data.

   4. (10 min.) MSBA Update: Superintendent Folan will provide an MSBA update.

   5. (20 min.) Q4 Financial Report (VOTE): Mr. Marshall will present the Quarter 4 financial report for a vote of

      approval.

   6. (5 min.) GMS/CHS Fees (VOTE): Mr. Marshall will present the 2022-2023 student activity fees for a vote of

      approval.

   7. (10 min.) Superintendent Goals/Action Steps: Superintendent Folan will share his goals and action steps and

      their alignment with the superintendent’s standards rubric.

   8. (10 min.) Superintendent Evaluation Plan: Chair Merenda and members of the School Committee will share an overview of the 2022-2023 School Committee Evaluation Plan for the Superintendent.
