1. Call to Order

2. Executive Session Purpose 7: Approve minutes; comply with, or act under the authority of, any general or special law or federal grant-in-aid requirements & * Purpose 1: To discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual.

3. (10 min.) Superintendent’s Report Superintendent Folan will present District progress, highlights, and accolades.

4. (10 min.) Student Representative Introductions Principal Sperling will introduce the 2023-2024 student representatives.

5. (15 min.) Teaching and Learning Report Ms. Rooney will provide a Wayfinder curriculum update.

6. Unfinished Business

   1. (30 min.) Strategic Plan (VOTE): Superintendent Folan will share the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.

   2. (30 min.) Superintendent/District Goals 2nd Read (VOTE): Superintendent Folan will present the 2023-2024 District Improvement Goals for a vote of approval.

   3. (15 min.) Policy Updates Section F & Section G (VOTE): Superintendent Folan and members of the policy subcommittee will present policy sections F & G for a vote of approval.

   4. (20 min.) School Committee Operating Protocols (VOTE): Chair O’Halloran will review the School Committee Operating Protocols and request a vote of approval.

7. New Business

   1. (20 min.) Transportation Update: A representative from First Student, Superintendent Folan and Mr. Marshall will provide a transportation update.

   2. (10 min.) Kindergarten Enrollments: Mr. Marshall will discuss current Kindergarten enrollment numbers.

   3. (5 min.) Residency Recertification Update: Mr. Marshall will provide an update on the summer residency recertification process.
