Discuss the following FY24 Municipal Budget Requests and Articles
7:00 Discuss – School FY24 Operating Budget Requests – Derek Folan, Superintendent and Steve Marshall, Director of Finance and Operations.
Article 18 – Appropriation to Increase Special Education Reserve Account - $1,000,000.
7:30 Article 15 – “Omnibus” Capital Outlay Program - Recommendations of the Capital Planning Committee (CPC) Dave Emhardt, Chair CPC.
8:00 Vote the following Town Meeting Articles:
Article 15 - “Omnibus” Capital Outlay Program.
Article 18 - Appropriation to Increase Special Education Reserve Account - $1,000,000.
Article 7 Motion 2 – Set FY24 Salaries and Compensation for all Part-Time Elected Officials of the Town for FY24. Article 4 – Act on “Consent Agenda” - Articles 6, 11, 12, 14, 16, 24, 25 and 26.
8:15 American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Update – Randy Scollins. Old Business: Review remaining Finance Committee Schedule.
