Discuss shared priorities, policies, and projects for the next 5 years regarding the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

Any updates regarding the ongoing selection process for a new Town Plannerfor Canton will be discussed.

Update on the St. Gerard's reuse committee and MPIC outreach to that committee.

Update on proposals to amend zoning in the downtown.

Update regarding the CCPC implementation of the Community Preservation Act.

Any updates on the working group formed to explore Transit Oriented Development options and related zoning mandate regarding the MBTA Communities law.

Review minutes from September 15th, 2022, and October 20th, 2022.

December 15th, 2022, and TBD date in January 2023
