B. Executive Session For the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to collective bargaining with CEA.

C. (5 min.) Student Report Disha Nayak will share the student member report about Luce events.
D. (10 min.) Superintendent's Report Superintendent Folan will present District progress, highlights, and

accolades.

E. (20 min.) Teaching and Learning Mr. Adam Hughes will share details about the Green Bandana Project and the mental health learning that it encompasses.

F. New Business

1. (15 min.) MusicCountsI, Robotics Honors: Members of Musiccounts! and CPS Robotics will share

   information about their work.

2. (20 min.) Bullying Prevention and Intervention Plan (BPIP) - 1st Read - (Potential VOTE): Mr.

   Adam Hughes will present the updated BPIP for a possible vote of approval.

3. (10 min.) Out-of-State Travel Request (VOTE): Ms. Catherine Eckersley will present an

   out-of-state travel request for CHS Band, Chorus and Orchestra students to travel to Disney in

   April 2024.

4. (10 min.) Policy Section E - 1st Read: Members of the policy subcommittee will present Section E

   for a 1st read.

5. (15 min.) District Goal Update: Ms. Julie Shore will provide an update on Priority #4, Goal #1.

6. (15 min.) District Goal Update: Superintendent Folan will report on the following District Goals:

1. Analyze student achievement and benchmark data for trends to inform future lesson

   planning and instructional practices.

2. Design a structure that affords more opportunities for effective data analysis for

   administration, departments/grade levels / all staff for the school year 2023-24.
