6. (20 min.) Teaching and Learning Ms. Jaclyn Abrams, Ms. Rebecca Ashley and Ms. Lisa Kaminski will give an overview of the ELA Department Initiatives.

1. (5 min.) 2022-2023 School Year Calendar (VOTE): Superintendent Folan will present the 2022-2023 school

calendar for a 2nd read and a vote of approval.

H. New Business

1. (10 min.) Hansen CAPT Spotlight: The Hansen CAPT members will present highlights of their work during

   the past school year, thank individual members, and discuss current and anticipated openings for volunteer

   posts.

2. (20 min.) Hansen School Spotlight and Hansen CAPT Spotlight/Honors: Hansen Administration will share

   school highlights.

3. (20 min.) Annual Town Report: Superintendent Folan and members of the School Committee will highlight

   the CPS submission for the Annual Town Report.

4. (5 min.) Residency Recertification Letter: Superintendent Folan will share the updated Residency

   Recertification Letter and discuss procedures and timelines.

5. (20 min.) Section A Policy 1st Read: Chair Merenda, Ms. O’Halloran and Mr. Folan will present Section A of

   the CPS Policy manual for a 1st read.

6. (15 min.) District Goals Updates: Superintendent Folan, Ms. Shore and Ms. Rooney will speak about the

   following District goals:

   • ●  Research pertaining to high-quality Student Information Systems (SIS) and the plan to develop and

     secure a new system for implementation in 2022-2023, in an effort to most efficiently communicate

     and integrate student information for families and staff.

   • ●  The design of the Summer of 2022 programming for student support, enrichment and extensions.

● Quarterly during 2021-2022 school year, the Superintendent will conduct family forums to receive ideas, feedback and overall input about the school community experience.
