(5 min.) Student Member Report and Student Advisory Committee Introductions Mr. Joshua Ribisi-Chan will present the student member report. Mr. Folan will introduce the members of the Student Advisory Committee.

(25 min.) Early Childhood Tuition Proposal (VOTE) and PreK Spotlight: Ms. Kilday will present the proposed 2022-2023 PreK tuition rates and share highlights on the PreK program.

(5 min.) Canton Community Preservation Committee (CCPC) Projects (VOTE): Mr. Folan and Mr. Marshall will request a vote of approval on the prioritization of the CPS Canton Community Preservation Commission (CCPC) Projects.

(15 min.) COVID-19 Update on Vaccination Rates and Protocol Update: Mr. Folan will provide an update on the COVID-19 vaccination rates and protocols.

(5 min.) Annual Town Meeting Articles (VOTE): Mr. Marshall will present the May Annual Town Meeting Articles for a vote of approval.

(40 min.) FY23 Budget Rollout: Mr. Folan and Mr. Marshall will present the preliminary budget for FY23.

(20 min.) District Goal Update: Mr. Folan will provide an update on the following District goals:

By January 2022, review, upgrade and publish the Galvin Middle School and
Canton High School Program of Studies.

Quarterly during the 2021-2022 school year, the Interim Superintendent will
conduct family forums to receive ideas, feedback and overall input about the
school community experience.

Through the 2021-2022 school year, conduct staff surveys around all
professional development experiences, noting staff feedback/future interests and the PD’s relevance, effectiveness and impact.
