2. Executive Session For the purpose of discussing strategy in preparation for contract negotiations with

   nonunion personnel.

3. (5 min.) Student Report Ryan Garrett will share the student member report about Hansen events.

4. (15 min.) Superintendent’s Report Superintendent Folan will present District progress, highlights, and accolades.

5. (30 min.) Teaching and Learning Ms. Deborah Rooney and Ms. Heidi Olson will share a World Language Curriculum review.

6. Unfinished Business

1. (10 min.) Policy Section E - 2nd Read (VOTE): Members of the policy subcommittee will present Section E for a 2nd read and a possible vote of approval.

7. New Business

   1. (15 min.) Canton Parent Advisory Council for Student Services (CPACSS): CPACSS members, Anna Sanina and Lauren Cipriano will share a CPACSS year-end review.

   2. (25 min.) Transportation Efficiency Report: CPS Transportation Consultant, Rich Labrie, will share the April 2023 CPS School Transportation Efficiency Report.

   3. (20 min.) Q3 Financial Report (VOTE): Mr. Marshall will present the Quarter 3 Financial Report, including donations, for a vote of approval.

   4. (25 min.) Summative Evaluation Self-Assessment: Superintendent Folan will share his self-assessment as part of the Summative Evaluation process.
