3. (5 min.) Student Member Report Mr. Joshua Ribisi-Chan will present the student member report.

4. (10min.)InterimSuperintendent’sReportMr.FolanwillpresentDistrictprogress,highlights,andaccolades.

5. (15 min.) Teaching and Learning Ms. Jaclyn Abrams, PreK-5 Humanities Coordinator, will share information about Dyslexia screening in the District and provide an update on her PreK-5 Social Studies work.

6. New Business

   1. (75 min.) 2021-2022 School Improvement Plans (SIPs) for Elementary and PreK: Mr. David Brauninger, Ms. Yeshi Lamour, Ms. Emily DiDonna and Ms. Donna Kilday will present their 2021-2022 SIPs.

   2. (20 min.) FY23 Capital Presentation: Mr. Stephen Marshall will present the FY23 Capital budget proposal for an initial review and a possible vote of approval.

   3. (5 min.) Update on School Committee Vacancy: Chair Merenda will provide information regarding the vacancy on the School Committee.

   4. (5 min.) Policy Review (VOTE): Chair Merenda, Mr. Folan and Ms. O’Halloran will review policy EBCFA - Face Coverings.

   5. (5 min.) District Goal Update: Mr. Folan will inform the Committee of upcoming community forum dates for his Interim Superintendent’s Entry Plan and to “initiate a process to collaborate with stakeholders to examine and update the mission, vision, values and Strategic Planning of the Canton Public School District.”

H. (15 min.) Director of Finance and Operations Report Mr. Stephen Marshall will provide an update on the Canton Community Preservation Committee (CCPC) application, Esser III application, and ARPA.

The School Committee may adopt the entire Consent Agenda with one motion.
