Executive Session (a) Approve executive session minutes (10/5/23), (b) conduct contract negotiations with nonunion personnel - Superintendent, (c) discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual.

(10 Min.) Student Member Report & Champions of Wellness 5k Organizers - introductions and presentation - School Committee Student Advisor, Samantha Pham, will share CHS updates. Mr. Nicholas Fitzgerald will introduce organizers of the Champions of Wellness 5k and share details about the event.

(30 min.) Ai3 Educational Plan Update & Approval (VOTE): Representatives from Ai3 will provide an update on the GMS Educational Program and request a vote of approval to submit the PDP to MSBA.

(15 min.) Preview Considerations for the Upcoming GMS Community Forum: Members of LeftField and Ai3 will discuss considerations for the next Community Forum.

(60 min.) School Improvement Plans (SIPs): Principals will present their 2023-2024 SIPs.

(30 min.) Q4 Financial Report including Donations and Grant Approvals (VOTE): Mr.
Marshall will present the Quarter 4 financial report for a vote of approval.

(5 min.) School Committee Member Conference Attendance (VOTE): Members will
review and approve the conference attendance and reimbursement of a member's attendance at the MASC/MASS conference in November 2023.
