   open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body.

3. Open Session (reconvene) The order of agenda items is subject to change.

4. (15 min.) Superintendent’s Report Superintendent Folan will present District progress, highlights, and accolades.

5. (15 min.) Teaching and Learning Report Mr. Deborah Rooney will share K-5 Curriculum Guides.

6. Unfinished Business

   1. (10 min.) Policy Section B - 3rd read: Vice Chair O’Halloran, Ms. Arboleda and Superintendent Folan will present policy section B for a 3rd read and a vote of approval.

   2. (20 min.) MCAS Update: Superintendent Folan, Mr. Fogel, and Principal Sperling will provide an MCAS update.

   3. (20 min.) District Goals: Superintendent Folan will introduce the 2022-2023 District Improvement Goals.

   4. (5 min.) MSBA Update: Superintendent Folan and Mr. Marshall will provide an update on the GMS MSBA

      process.

7. New Business

   1. (5 min.) District Start Date Discussion: Superintendent Folan will discuss future planning with regard to the 2023-2024 District calendar.

   2. (5 min.) Equity Audit Update: Ms. Shannon will provide an Equity Audit progress update.

   3. (5 min.) Grant Approvals: Mr. Marshall will present grants for a vote of approval.

9. (10 min.) Director of Finance and Operations Report Mr. Marshall will provide an enrollment, transportation and food services update.

10. (5 min.) Consent Agenda The consent agenda is designed to expedite the handling of routine and miscellaneous business of the District. The School Committee may adopt the entire Consent Agenda with one motion. At the request of any committee member, any item(s) may be removed and placed on the Regular Agenda for discussion.
