   6. (5 min.) Superintendent Professional Improvement Goal Update: Superintendent Folan will provide an

      update on his New Superintendent Induction Program (NSIP) classes including his participation in the Race

      Equity Diversity and Inclusion workshops.

   7. (15 min.) District Goal Updates: Superintendent Folan will provide an update on District Goals #1 - Equity

      Audit process and action steps, and #3 - Structures and systems that facilitate monthly District-wide learning walks in an effort to develop an instructional vision.
